Atelier Lakota is located in a peaceful Istrian setting that offers privacy and silence, while providing easy access to numerous attractions and excursions. Brtonigla and its surroundings offer a rich selection of outdoor activities – nearby are the Mramornica Cave and the Škarline Nature Park, and the area is interwoven with cycling paths, olive roads and hiking trails, ideal for cyclists, walkers and recreationalists. For lovers of active holidays, Aquapark Istralandia is only 5.4 km away.
The holiday home is surrounded by a covered private garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Barbecue facilities are available for guests, and there is a quality local butcher shop nearby, which will especially please barbecue lovers. Atelier Lakota is spread over two floors and offers two bedrooms, an attic, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, with air conditioning for a pleasant stay all year round. Thanks to its location, Atelier Lakota is an excellent starting point for exploring the wider region. Trieste is 46 km away and is ideal for a day trip and shopping.

Greetings, traveler. I am Nataša Lakota – your hostess at Atelier LAKOTA. After years spent studying, working and exploring the world, I have returned home. To Brtonigla. To my father’s house, among the memories of my childhood and the strokes of my uncle’s brush. Among the fields of my grandparents and the smells I have never forgotten.
From what has always belonged to me, I have created something new – a place that nurtures. A place for me. And for you. For years I ran my own travel agency, was a guide, organizer, and companion to many. Today, I no longer look for paths for others – I create space. A space to slow down, breathe, and let go. A space where I would love to be myself. Because what we need most is not escape – but a return to ourselves.
Atelier LAKOTA is not an ordinary vacation home. It is a house that embraces. A combination of authentic Istria, personal history and a holistic approach to tourism – tourism that heals, restores balance and connects. I believe that travel can be more than views and pictures. It can be an experience that leaves a mark. I don’t believe in tourists. I believe in travelers. In those who want to feel, not waste a place.
